About Reimagining Business - Leadership Coaching
Riaza Manricks founded Reimagining Business after more than fifteen years working in industry, including roles with ANZ and Mitsubishi. She is certified in NLP, Meta Dynamics and E-DISC, works as a Master Coach and Facilitator, and is also a qualified yoga teacher.
The practice runs two streams of work. Individual coaching covers leadership development and personal productivity, while team programmes cover culture, business systems and group performance. DISC profiling and NLP techniques are used across both. Sessions are booked through the website, which also offers a fifteen-minute introductory call.

I’m a Brisbane girl, born and bred. I grew up on the northside, around Stafford Heights and Wavell Heights, went to school here and then studied business at QUT.
