About Billy's Pine and Bamboo
Billy Wong took over the Cannon Hill restaurant in 1990 after his brothers had opened it. His son Kim Wong joined the business and has run the restaurant since graduating from university in 2010.
The restaurant continues its long-standing Peking duck service, roasting ducks to order and carving them tableside. Its menu also includes beggar’s chicken, live-tank seafood and Cantonese dishes for shared meals.
