About Wineism
Wineism was co-founded by sommelier Ian Trinkle and Liz Trinkle, drawing on Ian’s restaurant-sommelier background and Liz’s hospitality experience, as a place for people to explore wine without fuss.
From its shop in Albion’s Fine Trades precinct on Sandgate Road, Wineism runs as both a bottle shop and a walk-in wine bar — hand-picked Australian and international wines on the shelves, with changing pours, small plates, tastings and wine events at the bar.
